On-Site Service Call - we come to you to service your machine/s. We bill $110.00hr portal to portal, one hour minimum.
Remote Support service to your machine/s - we bill $110.00hr with no travel time (of course). You will need to download our remote support tool to your machine. You can download it here or we can email it to you.
Drop it off - The unit will be repaired or data recovered for $75hr for the first hour, $65hr for each additional hour.
